Happy Winter! Sparkling snow, hot cocoa, sunshine (at least today)!

 

Our next HHW Roundtable meeting will be here before we know it, and hopefully the snow will be gone by then. Please join us Monday, March 18th at the Kalamazoo County Household Hazardous Waste Center at 1301 Lamont Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49048. The meeting will start at 10:00 am. Rough agenda:

-          Program updates and introductions

-          Rural E-waste grant opportunities – Steve Noble (DEQ)

-          Marijuana grow industry – any changes to what HHW program can expect to see? Or only through CESQG programs?

-          Latex paint – who is accepting it? Through which vendor?

-          Site tour

 

Future meeting:

Monday, July 1, 2019 (unless too many members think they will be off that week for vacation?) - location TBD
