All I can say is thank goodness they are bringing it to you instead of dumping it in the river.Though I understand the concern since their is a cost involved.Sent from my iPhoneOn Oct 31, 2019, at 4:53 PM, William A. Garcia <garciaw@washtenaw.org> wrote:Hi Everyone,
As our program is expanding, we’ve been looking at requiring proof of in-county residency for 2021 (with a one-year phase-in). I was wondering if any other programs do anything like this and how they handle situations like:
- Out-of-county family members bringing materials on behalf of an in-county resident (like a relative) or estate
- Undocumented immigrants using the service
- People who do not have a permanent address (such as people living with relatives but technically homeless)
If you require proof of residency, I was also wondering what sort of documents that you accept.
Thank you so much,
