I have a program of Out of County residents using our recycling bins. They pay $20.00 a year for this service. I monitor it on my PC. It’s a little work.

Hi Everyone,

As our program is expanding, we’ve been looking at requiring proof of in-county residency for 2021 (with a one-year phase-in). I was wondering if any other programs do anything like this and how they handle situations like:

• Out-of-county family members bringing materials on behalf of an in-county resident (like a relative) or estate
• Undocumented immigrants using the service
• People who do not have a permanent address (such as people living with relatives but technically homeless)

If you require proof of residency, I was also wondering what sort of documents that you accept.
