Good Morning: Give Ed Dawkins from ERG a call 734-437-9650. He is very good at answering questions like that.

Subject: HHW Research

Hello Everyone,

I am doing some HHW related research and want to see if anyone else has found info on this before. Basically I am trying to find out why companies that deal with hazardous waste do not have HHW collection services similar to what many of us provide to residents at collection events or drop-off sites. For example, there are companies out there that collect and/or transport hazardous materials on a commercial and industrial scale, but do not collect from residents. What is their reasoning for this? Is it too difficult, too costly?

Let me know if I need to clarify. Thank you!
