If it's not too late, here is Macomb County's HHW program info

1) Countywide
2) 140565 pounds of collected waste in 2016
3) about 1 collection per month, unless it gets very cold. Each collection is about 4-5 hours. No appointment is necessary except for Clean Sweep participants.
4) # of participants in our collection event = 2200 (approximate)

1)      Name of program; is it municipal, countywide, multi-county or some other iteration

2)      Approximately how many pounds will you collect in 2016 (or you can use 2015 data if that is easier)

3)      Brief description of how often residents can access your program: are you year-round, once a week, once in spring and once in fall, etc

If I were answering, my responses would be:

 

1)      Countywide

2)      About 370,000 # in 2016

3)      Open first three Saturdays of the month without appointment, April – November; available Monday – Friday by appointment year-round

4)      5,400 households; 3.88% of households in Washtenaw County
