St. Joseph County does NOT have such a program.  The County offers two clean up days, spring and fall for all County residents and the County pays for it.

Washtenaw County is considering options to encourage more communities within the county to host clean up days.  One option on the table is to have interested municipalities submit grant applications to our office in order to access county financial support.

We’re wondering if any other counties have in place any type of internal grant system such as we are considering.
